Yossi Shoukroun is a seasoned Managing Director with 30 years of expertise in the aviation and logistics industry. He excels in negotiations, budgeting, business planning, operations, strategic management, and analytical skills. As a team leader, Yossi drives the Group’s growth plan. He has extensive experience in supply chain management, complex logistics environments, operations, planning, project management, business development, and finance.Yossi began his career in the airfreight and logistics industry in 1995 as a Business Development Manager and Project Manager before becoming the COO of MAMAN Cargo Terminals and Handling, the largest handling agent at Ben Gurion Airport (TLV), Israel. From 2003 to 2021, he served as COO, and from 2006, as CEO of LACHS, the largest air cargo handler at Liege International Airport, Belgium. Additionally, from 2015 to 2021, he was the CEO of Challenge Airlines IL, an all-cargo airline operating B-747-400F freighters to several international destinations, with expertise in complex vertical cargo. Since 2021, Yossi has been the Chief Executive Ofiicer of Challenge Group and is based in Malta.
