As International Business Manager, I oversee operations across 6 European countries, driving international sales and cultural marketing through localisation. Fuelled by a passion for challenge and growth, I pursued a Doctorate in Business Administration, focusing on the intersection of uncertainty intolerance, culture, and cross-border ecommerce decisions.  Dedicated to empowering European entrepreneurs in cross-border e-commerce, I blend practical and academic insights to support the CBEC community.
