Michaël Peeters, is a telecom engineer with a master in business administration and finance, who started his career in Siemens Belgium as logistics manager in the production facilities of Oostkamp (Flanders) He joined the Telecom operator Mobistar when the company was about to launch in the late 90ties as the second mobile operator on the Belgian Market where he occupied different operational functions e.g. as logistics manager responsible for setting up the initial Mobistar distribution channels in Belgium. He evolved towards an IT development role in Big Data, Business Intelligence and CRM and became the Head of Innovation for Orange Belgium in 2018. Under that umbrella he developed a new line of business for 5G private networks for the industry, the logistics and the healthcare.
